Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ALGORITHME S.A.R.L., the operator of Callback.my ("Callback", "we"), with registered office at 6, avenue Mpolo Maurice, Commune de la Gombe, Kinshasa, République démocratique du Congo. Callback.my is a CV and Workforce service in the BPO business of Algorithme Solutions. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

The service

Callback provides AI tools that help you write CVs, practice job interviews and improve your professional profiles. Callback is a coaching tool. We don't guarantee interviews, job offers or any hiring outcome.

Your account

You must be 16 or older and give accurate information. Keep access to your email secure, because we sign you in with codes sent there. One person per account.

Your content

You own the information you add and the CVs and texts generated for you. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure your CV is truthful. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

AI output

AI can make mistakes. Review everything before you send it to an employer. Interview feedback is guidance, not a professional assessment.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated sign-ups or scraping, no attempts to bypass usage limits or security checks, no fraudulent CVs or impersonation, and nothing illegal or harmful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

• Free: 3 CV generations and 1 mock interview, with Callback branding on CVs.
• Paid plans (Interview Sprint for 7 days, Pro for 1, 3 or 12 months, and Callback Black, by application only with a limited number of seats each month) are one-time passes in US dollars. They do not renew automatically. Prices are shown before you pay and adapt to your country of residence; we may charge the price of the country you pay from when it differs.
• Plans are activated after payment is confirmed. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your privacy settings. Paid time already used isn't refundable unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes and contact
